STUDENT COUNCIL

The Student Council consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, Social Co-ordinator, and Grade Representatives. The Executive is selected each spring and the Grade Representatives are elected in the fall. This year's Executive is:

The Student Council is responsible for planning and organizing student activities, and maintaining liaison among students, staff, and the Parent Advisory Committee. On occasion, the student Council is represented on school committees requiring student viewpoints.

The Student Council organizes locker distribution, noon hour activities, special events, and school dances. Students are encouraged to make their views known through the Student Council meetings, student forums, and the student newspaper, so that the Student Council can act in their best interests.
